Why am I selling it for so little?

I paid very little for the house 3 years ago and have put in a lot of improvements but I can still sell it for under 90K. It is in move in condition but there are some improvements left to be done. I am moving soon and am liquidating my properties. Appraised 4 years ago for approx $ 95,000.

The house is available to look at by apointment only. The address is near Candler Knob Rd and Benson road for you to find on a map, for your reference. You can drive by but please do not drive up the private drive without an apointment.

The house is situated above the road behind some bushes so it can not be seen from the road. To get there go 4 lights past Leciester Hwy to Deaverview Road. (RBC Centura bank on the corner) Turn Right and go about 1.8 miles past pisgah view rd and the convenient stores to Candler Knob road on the left. Take it left about 1/2 mile to the water tower at benson road.

Its a beige house with no number on the house. The driveway is shared with an elderly woman so please be mindful of her privacy. She is the only neighbor in the vicinity. It takes approx 10 -15 minutes to drive to downtown Asheville.
