So often we get asked, "How good are the voices? How can I get a live demonstration?" There are two ways you can hear for yourself what the voices sound like.

The demonstration on ScanSoft's® Real Speak™ web page will allow you to hear anything that you like. All you have to do is follow the steps on the page. Find Step 1 and choose "Real Speak Solo" and then click next. At Step 2 choose a language, "English, US" then click next. Step 3 choose a voice and step 4 type in the text you would like to hear and click next to hear how it will sound.

The sample you type will be read out loud with approximately the same quality as what you will hear with our systems and the textHELP® Read and Write programs. It will sound even better on your computer and have added controls for changing the speed and pitch.
